IICSA Arabic School is a working in partnership with our students’ families to achieve the best results for our students. Our students’ safety and wellbeing is paramount.
We seek our parents & families support in:
- Ensuring your child/children are READY for school.
- Arrive on time and no earlier than 10-minutes before start time. This is to ensure enough teachers are present to supervise the students.
- Pick-up your child/children on time and no later than 10-minutes after the end of the session. This is to ensure there are enough teachers to supervise the students and to respect our volunteers’ time to fulfil other commitments.
- Pack water bottle and snacks for your child/children. Strictly no nuts policy and bring only food that you are certain to be 100% Halal. Canteen is only available at Mile End Campus.
- Ensure your child/children bring their stationery, Arabic, and Islamic Studies Textbooks with them. Make sure they are labelled clearly. Missing/damaged book must be replace at the cost of $10 (for IICSA Arabic’s own Workbook) and $38 (Bidaya Textbook). IICSA Arabic School has limited stock of Bidaya Textbooks and ordering them may take up to three weeks.
- The success of your child/children’s learning also depends on continuity of learning at home. Establish routine of completing the Arabic and Islamic Studies books at home and regular revision of memorisation of Surahs covered in School.
- Ensuring a Safe Environment for everyone
- Do not leave your children unsupervised until they are inside the school and within the school’s staff supervision.
- Unless you are a registered parent-volunteer, you are not allowed inside the school without authorisation. Visitors are required to sign in with the Admin before they can go in to the school.
- Parents and teachers bear the shared responsibility of creating a safe environment by communicating concerns promptly, teaching children about personal safety, and modelling respectful behaviour in their interactions with staff and other families.

- Volunteer and/or encourage their friends and families to volunteer at IICSA Arabic School.
